Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate comes to TWG Companies with more than 10 years experience with Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Business Development experience.

The ideal candidate looking for a base salary has procured and delivered on more than $5,000,000 in gross contracts, products or services in the last 12 months.

The ideal candidate should have more than 20 years of direct industry contacts and owned a business.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and procure business opportunities across a multitude of business platforms that have been proven with our existing client base.

Responsibilities and Duties as a Managing Partner of Business Development:
• Identify potential clients in target markets aligned with TWG Companies products and services.
• Develop relationships with prospective/existing clients.
• Maintain existing client relationships.
• Partner with team members to create contract-winning Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Negotiate contract terms with clients.
• Communicate terms to stakeholders via the direction of TWG Companies after client analysis.
• Collaborate with design and production teams.
• Ensure contracts, product specifications and services are executed on-time and as agreed.
• Become a subject matter expert on business products, processes and operations,
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
The candidate MUST be able to open the door, identify the need, share our values and close within 30 days if applicable.

To do this the candidate MUST be able to leverage their existing contacts in the industries mentioned above or present new industries that align with TWG Companies.

CRM experience is preferred

Degree is NOT required.

Candidates with no prior sales experience or established sales records will be considered, however compensation will be adjusted accordingly.

Salary: $125,000.00 – $275,000.00 per year
