Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of at least 2 junior estimators

The ideal candidate comes to TWG Companies with more than 10 years experience with detailed estimates, budgets, cost planning, scope reviews, and pre/post contract negotiations for Construction Types I thru V, Site Work, Demolition and Excavation

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on more than $45,000,000 in OPEN BID work.

The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of direct industry contacts.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and within a team setting.

Responsibilities and Duties as a Managing Partner of Business Development:

• Excellent in Math, Computer Analytics and CRM

• Good organization and time management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented and meet strict deadlines.

• Creative problem solving.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps is desirable.
• Maintain existing client relationships.
• Partner with team members to create contract-winning Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Negotiate contract terms with clients.
• Collaborate with design and production teams.
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
The candidate MUST be able to open the door, identify the need, share our values and close within 30 days if applicable.

CRM experience is preferred

Degree is NOT required.

Candidates with no prior estimating experience will be considered IF they possess industry experience and can put together a sample ESTIMATION as part of the screening process.
